A simply delicious citrus blast! A light, refreshing and perfectly balanced cocktail with just a few simple ingredients. Madame Marmalade orange liqueur adds decadent, silky texture and lifted citrus aromas, enhanced by lively lime in our Gin - Soft & Smooth. An Australian take on a ‘modern classic’ cocktail.
Ingredients:
15ml Bass & Flinders Madame Marmalade Orange Liqueur
45ml Bass & Flinders Soft & Smooth Gin
30ml Lemon juice
15ml Sugar syrup
1 egg white (or 20ml)
Method:
In cocktail shaker, add all ingredients. Dry shake then fill with ice and wet shake. Double strain into chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with torched, dehydrated lemon wheel.
