Ingredients:
45ml Bass & Flinders Spiced Christmas Brandy
30ml Pedro Ximenez (or substitute with Port)
3 dashes Peychauds Bitters
3 dashes Aztec Chocolate Bitters
20ml Grapefruit Juice
3 barspoons Cranberry Sauce
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15secs. Double strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit and grated dark chocolate.
