Ingredients:
45ml Bass & Flinders Spiced Christmas Brandy
15ml Apple liqueur
15ml Brown Sugar Syrup
2 barspoons Cream
4-6 Mint Leaves
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker.
Add ice to shaker. Shake vigorously for 10-15secs. Double strain into your favourite small cocktail glass (Nick & Nora.)
Garnish with a mint leaf.
