A celebration of Christmas with all the good feels and a sweet nod to the iconic dessert using our Australian version of a classic orange liqueur, Madame Marmalade. Lifted passionfruit and tangy orange combine with the smooth cream to recreate fond, festive memories. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
50ml Bass & Flinders Madame Marmalade
30ml Heavy cream
1 bar spoon x orange marmalade
20 ml Passionfruit Puree
Method:
Add all ingredients to shaker tin. Fill with ice and shake well. Shake until the shaker becomes frosted and cold.
Strain into chilled Coupe Martini glass using a Hawthorne and Fine mesh strainer to ensure a smooth cocktail. Garnish with dehydrated & lightly torched orange wheel.
