Strawberry Seabreeze Spritz:
Looking for a cocktail that’s as refreshing as a sea breeze on a hot summer day? Say hello to our Bass & Flinders Strawberry Seabreeze cocktail, a perfect balance of fruity sweetness, zesty citrus, and crisp bubbles. Crafted with Bass & Flinders Distillery Maritime Gin, this cocktail features the tropical notes of pineapple liqueur, a hint of strawberry syrup, and a splash of lemon juice - finished off with the effervescence of Prosecco and a splash of soda water.
The drink that transports you straight to your favourite summer escape. It’s vibrant, it’s light, and it’s just the right amount of sparkling. So, grab a glass, pour yourself a little sunshine, and let this refreshing cocktail whisk you away.
Ingredients:
- 30ml Bass & Flinders Distillery Maritime Gin
- 30ml Pineapple Liqueur
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Strawberry Syrup
- 90ml Prosecco
- 2 x Strawberries
- Soda Water
Method:
Add all ingredients (except Prosecco and soda water) to a shaker.
Add ice to shaker.
Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Double strain into stemless wine glass with ice.
Pour Prosecco over top.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with dehydrated lemon and strawberry.

45ml Bass & Flinders Distillery Cerise Gin
20ml Watermelon Liqueur
10ml Cherry Syrup
1-2 barspoons Luxardo Cherry Syrup
90ml Prosecco
Soda Water
Method:
