For the last two years, we’ve collaborated with one of our local heroes here on the Peninsula, Montalto, to create this extremely limited edition gin. After selling out Batch One and Two, the latest release - 'Batch Three' is available now.
This unique and very limited handmade gin highlights the incredible ingredients found throughout Wendy’s Garden.

Raspberry, orange and hibiscus rosella from Montalto's home estate create a bright lifted fruit infused gin where the raspberry plays off floral notes aromatically, and citrus tones on the palate create a perfectly refreshing accompaniment.
