Ingredients:
60ml Bass & Flinders Gin 10 - Wild & Spicy
30ml Pineapple juice
30ml Pineapple puree/syrup
20ml Lime juice
20ml egg white
5-8 slices dehydrated jalapenos
Method:
Add all ingredients to Boston shaker and fill with ice.
Shake and strain into an Old Fashioned cocktail glass. Garnish with jalapenos and fresh pineapple twist.
