A beautiful balance of floral and sweet. A highly aromatic cocktail with smooth texture and silky sweet fruit, balanced with fresh red grapefruit and hints of rose and elderflower in our Geneviève Gin.
Ingredients:
45ml Bass & Flinders Geneviève Gin
15ml Raspberry liqueur
30ml Ruby red grapefruit juice
10ml Sugar syrup
Fresh raspberries x 3 (or small barspoon frozen)
Method:
Add all ingredients to shaker tin.
Fill with ice and shake well.
Double strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass or Coupe.
Garnish with rose petals.
