All-at-once sweetness and bitterness combined. A spirited cocktail that starts off sweet and finishes with a wonderful nutty flavour, enhanced by the natural cherry botanicals in our Cerise Gin.
Ingredients:
40ml Bass & Flinders Cerise Gin
20ml Maidenii sweet vermouth
15ml Luxardo maraschino
3 dashes rhubarb bitters
3 dashes orange bitters
Method:
Add all ingredients in a shaker tin. Fill with ice and shake well.
Double strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass.
Garnish with Morello cherry & raspberry on skewer.
