Cerise Gin 700mL
The cooler climate and rich, red volcanic soils of our Mornington Peninsula coastal home are ideal for cherry growing. Nestled amongst the gently rolling hills and scenic vistas of the rural hinterland are fertile fields producing sun-ripened, juicy red cherries bursting with sweet-tart flavours that we use in our Cerise Gin. French for ‘cherries’, Cerise gin celebrates our local produce of the Peninsula.
Soaked Amarillo cherries are the keystone of colour, texture and aroma in this decadent gin incorporating juniper, raspberries, orange, hibiscus rosella, native pepperberry and vanilla. Highly floral and juniper forward, Cerise is our pink gin. A perfectly balanced, elegant gin with lush fragrant botanicals. Cherry, raspberry and vanilla having fun in the sun.
Originally produced as a seasonal limited edition release for Mother's Day, now an exceptional addition to our premium range of gins. Cerise is made using a gentle fruit infusion technique to extract all the delicate aromas and flavours of the deep red cherries, producing a balanced sweetness in the gin that comes only from the fruit itself. Unashamedly fresh, fruity, floral and fab.
At Bass & Flinders we're passionate about working with local producers and sourcing the most delicious, local and sustainably sourced ingredients we can get our hands on. Cerise Gin represents our ethos of working with local suppliers wherever we can, sourcing local cherries from our friends down the road at Ripe 'n' Ready Cherry Farm. We choose to use fresh fruit to capture the essence, aromas and flavours of the cherries and raspberries that also give this gin its beautiful ruby red colour.
This gin was handcrafted from scratch using our ‘Méthode Eau de Vie’ - the art of distilling wine into spirit. This technique, unique to Bass & Flinders Distillery, delivers a smoother, fuller, richer flavour for your drinking pleasure.

Floral, fruity and subtly sweet this light pink gin pairs perfectly with Fever-Tree Elderflower tonic to create a summery Gin and Tonic. Embrace your inner bartender and shake up a Flinders Sling with a spoonful of cherry conserve, pineapple juice, lemon juice and a splash of our Madame Marmalade or travel to a Tiki paradise with our Burning Orchard with Cerise gin, lychee liqueur, Falernum syrup, lime juice and a few dashes of Hellfire bitters.
Make a Prosecco Spritz topped with fresh raspberries, a spirited Cerise Martinez or sweeten up a Negroni for kicks, just because you can, or neat over ice. Garnish with berries or lime.
